Rodent Guys Terms and Conditions

By scheduling or receiving services from Rodent Guys, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

Rodent Guys provides professional gopher, mole, and ground squirrel control using chemical-free trapping methods. Service is performed at the address provided at the time of scheduling. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.

Service Guarantee

Our standard service includes a 60-day guarantee from the first day of treatment. If rodent activity returns within the guarantee period, we will return to retreat the property at no additional charge. The guarantee applies to the original service address and pest type treated.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at time of booking.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment. Recurring service agreements can be cancelled at any time with no penalty.

Access to Property

You agree to provide our technicians with reasonable access to the areas requiring treatment. Rodent Guys is not responsible for delays or incomplete service resulting from restricted access.

Limitation of Liability

Rodent Guys liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from rodent activity or service performed.
